Quali sono i tier? . -
.Salve, ho trovato questo topic ufficiale quindi scrivo qua un commento a riguardo.
Com'è lo status di questo speed duel? Qualcuno ci gioca? Io smisi di giocare poco prima dell'avvento dei mostri link e ora vorrei tornare a giocare ma ho visto un game profondamente cambiato che non mi è piaciuto, però spulciando ho visto che ci sono questi speed duel dove i ritmi di gioco sono quasi quelli degli albori con le varie ristampe di carte e pensavo di avvicinarmici.
Lo status è buono perché si esce da un tristissimo monometa durato 6 mesi. Sono uscite nuove carte giusto da un paio di settimane che hanno vivacizzato il gioco.
Fossi in te ci perderei un'oretta tra pagine sui social (italiane, visto che i migliori giocatori nel mondo sono italiani) per dare un'occhiata alle decklist e qualche partita sui simulatori online, per capire il gioco.
È molto molto skillato e il gioco si basa sulla conoscenza del mazzo dell'avversario per prevenire le sue giocate, quindi almeno all'inizio è normale prenderle un po' da tutti. Bisogna prenderci la mano perché nonostante sia molto snobbato come formato, in realtà è skillatissimo.
È un piacere leggere ciò.
Ho visto qualche video su YouTube e, pazzesco, giocano tutti e 2 i giocatori non uno solo! I prezzi sono molto accessibili quindi sto seriamente pensando di provare il formato. -

Guarda, mi ci rivedo molto in quello che hai scritto qualche post fa: ho smesso di giocare quando gli XYZ presero definitivamente piede e con Speed Duel ho trovato una validissima alternativa a Goat.
I prezzi non sono mai stati come bassi ora che hanno ristampato nei mazzi usciti qualche settimana fa le "moneycard" (stavano a 10 euro) come Kuriboh Sfera. Ora i prezzi alti li trovi su Dedalo (ma tanto Acqua finché non introducono Un Oceano Leggendario non combina nulla) e sui fortissimi Cocoon of Ultra Evolution e Parasite Paranoid (5-8 euri).
Il vero scoglio del formato è che in real fatica moltissimo perché soffre dei pregiudizi dei giocatori più giovani ("perché devo ricomprarmi le carte che ho già solo perché hanno la scritta speed duel?", "formato da bambini!!1!") e della pessima organizzazione dall'alto di Konami (tanto per fare un esempio, come community a Milano abbiamo aderito a un solo torneo ufficiale, questo la dice lunga: ci siamo sempre auto organizzati tornei ed eventi).
Ora bisognerà vedere post covid se si ritornerà in sella oppure no. I presupposti ci sono per sperare in bene: nuovo meta che pare buono; Konami che ha "ammesso" le proprie lacune nell'organizzazione dei tornei e che pre-covid aveva annunciato un anno bomba per Speed Duel. Sperem...

I tier attualmente sono:
T1: Brukido-Moth che era T0 fino al mese scorso (all'ultimo ycs lo giocavano TUTTI). Rimane comunque forte;
T1: Bakura-Cambiare Idea. Mazzo che ha accesso a una versione depotenziata di cambiare idea, non credo di dover aggiungere altro.
T1: Marik-Burn. Golem di Lava, Ruota Incubo e Teschio di Zoma per fare 4000 danni sono abbastanza.
T2: proliferano un sacco di mazzi, dal Dark Necrofear, Warrior, Gaia, Abbandono/TER, Amazoness e così via.... -

Io ho smesso di giocare a Yugi qualche mese prima dell'avvento dei mostri Link ma ero rimasto ancorato al pre-pendulum giocando sempre mazzi budget.
Purtroppo il gioco stava andando in una direzione che non ci attirava più e parlo al plurale perché eravamo un gruppo di amici a giocare (dall'inizio del gioco stesso). Direi che ci ho visto lungo, ai miei occhi i ritmi attuali sono inseguibili e non mi trasmettono divertimento guardando uno che gioca 10 minuti e l'altro che concede.
Vedo in questo formato la possibilità di tornare a giocare con spensieratezza e semplicità, appena ne ho la possibilità mi procuro qualche starter e ci gioco. -

Ma come formato è vivo in qualche community o è morto? . -

Su DB ogni tanto si trova qualcuno che gioca, ma giocano tutti Warrior, quindi è abbastanza noioso alla lunga, anche perché Warrior è scarsissimo
Per ora sto giocando Dark Moth con qualche tech in qua e là e Jinzo Gk's (creato quando mi sono stancato di Moth).
Jinzo è devastante in questo format.. -

Io gioco quotidianamente su DB e fortunatamente si trovano tantissimi mazzi 4fun, però confermo i più quotati sono dark-moth/inner conflict Warrior/GK-burn e simili.
C'è una piccola community italiana molto attiva da palermo, io qua in Liguria gioco con un amico ma si fa fatica a trovare i prodotti Speed Duel negli store fisici addirittura; abbiamo preso quasi tutto online.. -

3 settimane per il nuovo prodotto.
Il format è carino, ma dopo un po' giocare contro Warrior, Moth, Jinzo + roba è una noia mortale.
Book of Moon annunciato nel nuovo prodotto.
Spero esca qualcosa che renda utile andare primo, al momento andare secondo è molto più forte. -

Foolish penso si giochi in XYZ, usando Hangar e la nuova Skill per calare le fusioni
Per il resto, non dovrebbe essere abusabile
Quel mazzo sarà T1 per forza, tra Union Hangar che manda in + e ti protegge i mostri (Z Tank ti aumenta Atk/Def di 600, che è grosso), con Frontline Base per evocare Special dalla mano, mettici Foolish.
Finalmente un'alternativa vera a Moth e Warrior
Non a caso è uscito Kycoo, proprio per counterare questo nuovo T1.
Non vedo l'ora di provarlo.
Foolish si userà anche in Dark Paladin.deck. -

Dark Moth e XYZ credo siano i più T1, ma Moth se non riesce a pescare Parasite fa fatica, non mi sembra sia presente un suo searcher in questo set.
Di sicuro Jinzo, Breaker e Kycoo fanno bene al mazzo essendo Dark, così come Cosmic Cyclone
Warrior ha ottenuto Exilied Force con 3 Rota, il che lo rende un mazzo molto più stabile e efficace ora.
Se diventerà possibile sfruttarlo, Fiend Megacyber sarebbe una staple da T1.. -

Moth non è t1 da qualche mese e direi che la sua parabola ormai è terminata. Sarebbe anche ora.
Non sembrano esserci mazzi che possano davvero abusare di Foolish (un potenziale -1 in questo formato ti condanna). Vedremo che impatto ci sarà: 200 carte sono tantissime.
Sono contento che ci sia molto distacco tra il gioco regolare e Speed Duel: molte carte che lì sono OP, qui non lo sono e viceversa. Settimana prossima iniziano i primi tornei online, vediamo se qualcuno riuscirà a battere Conflict Jinzo.. -

Vediamo ora quanto sarà forte Jinzo, non so quante trappole gireranno.
XYZ usa solo Union Scramble, Moth potrebbe anche non giocarne avendo Bom, Cyclone e Breaker.
